Clogs have been worn as work shoes by millions of European men for centuries because of the excellent support and comfort level achieved. Today it is not only the professional chef or the surgeon in the operating room that wear clogs. Men all over are quickly discovering the comfort and convenience of clogs.
The clogs on this page are made on solid wood bottoms and feature a heavy-duty skid resistant walking thread. The birch wood is one of the most preferable used in clog making because of it's high strength in comparison to it's weight (the other preferred wood is alder). The wood blocks are machined into a expertly designed orthopedic shape with arch support and just the right toe-spring to facilitate the rocking motion of the sole necessary when walking on a solid sole. The wood bottoms moisture absorption qualities keep your feet dry and cool.This is the basic men's clog in Sweden the style is also known as the "Blacksmith Clog." Needless to say the most common color would be Black but of course we also make it in about 25 other colors as well. This style is available in all different leathers and colors. This style fits a foot that is a little wider or has a little higher instep the average. The double leather over the instep allows for just the right amount of stretch while providing a nice detail. The "Biker" clog features harness rings and rivets like we used to have on those square toed boots everybody wore in the 70's. This clog is most popular in Black Waterproof leather but is also available in Tan Crazy Horse leather. Convertible strap clog features a strap that can be worn behind the heel to make the clog feel a little more secure on the foot or the strap can be flipped forward over the instep to give the open back convenience when desired. This clog have a soft padded collar over the instep that gives a feel of the clog almost hugging the foot. This is a style that fits an average to slightly narrow foot the best. Available in all Smooth, Nubuck, Crazy Horse, Waxy and Waterproof leathers however please note that on some colors the padded collar will be of a contrasting color to the rest of the upper.
